I recommend a cleanser. I had white heads all over my face and a couple pimples, so I used Centaphil. In only, like, a week or 5 days, my pimples were totally gone, my white heads vanished, it was amazing. I got it at Bartel Drugs, I think. It isn’t very clear on how to apply it, so if you do:
- You can either cleanse your skin with or without water
- I usually do it without water, by simply applying a smooth layer (thick or thin is your choice, but thick takes more time for your skin to absorb) and letting it sit. My skin always absorbs it and it feels so smooth and nice
- I tried it with water once, I was confused. What I did was do the same thing as without water, but a couple minutes after applying, rub hot water on it.
It’s very inexpensive, and it also treats sunburns. I hope I helped, and really it’s so great, I love it. I hope I helped!
