How many times a day should I wash my face? Washing your face, multiple times a day, may be good for your face…or it may not be. If you wake up in the morning and your face is oily, wash your face. If you wash your face too many times a day, and its not oily, it may be irritating, drying and causing more problems. So listen to your face, get to know your face. Two times is usually enough, but if you are really oily, three times may be the charm. Cleaning your face with acne! If you are washing your face, you dont have acne because your face it dirty! Acne is not caused by a dirty face. Increased oil production and genetics are some of contributing the factors to acne. You need to cleanse your face in a gentle manner.
