Ive tried lots of different things.. topical gels like Duac and Panoxyl and antibiotics like Limecycline. Benzoyl peroxide works a treat for clearing up bad skin but it doesnt prevent it from coming back. Ive found that drinking more water and cutting dairy (no more icecream.. milk.. milkshakes?!) and caffeine (crazy for me since I literally lived on coffee before) out of my diet have made a massive difference. Ive found a picture from a couple of months ago when my skin was really bad. Bear in mind I wearing a lot of makeup on top of the spots so it was even worse than it looks!
