Check the label on makeup for noncomedogenic – meaning the contents does not block skin pores. Tip 4: Clean any jewelry, headbands, helmets and other head gear after each wearing. Every time you wear jewelry, especially facial jewelry like those for piercings, you transfer a small amount of dirt and oil on to the jewelry.
