cats and dogs asked: I am 15 and have had it since i was 10 but i would love to get rid of it, i recently tried out proactive in it didn’t really work for me. i also have tried a liquid hand soap that worked better for me it was antibacterial soap so do you think the cause of my acne is bacteria also what products do you suggest? My mom thinks it due to my salt intake but recently i have cut way back and i still have my acne any ideas tips or pointers?

abeveryday2 asked: My mom does not let me use cover up because it makes my face look worst and it breaks me out instantly. I have stuff to help with my acne so i don’t have anymore acne but the scars are still there. I was wondering what i could use to make them look better? I rather it be a home remedy cuz im short on cash.
My scars arnt really the lumpy or hole-ish looking ones, i get little stains but now its all over my cheeks! Help!

I usually use the Murad Cleanser, and just the Murad Skin Perfecting Lotion. I don’t use the exfoliating acne treatment gel that comes in the kit. My mom says that after you put the exfoliating acne treatment gel on, you’re suppose to wash it off, but the instruction says nothing of that. Is that true?

I’m meeting with my dermatologist to discuss going on acne treatment. The problem is, I’m going to be with my mom, who I haven’t told I was having sex yet. I need to be put on something that won’t interfere with the effectiveness of my birth control. Anyone know of one that actually works? I’m looking for an oral treatment since creams and gels don’t work for me and only dry out my skin.
I’m ON birth control, and it didn’t help.
