I’ve suffered from random breakouts for a long time now and I’ve tried about every acne cleanser around. Neutrogena has worked as the best. Proactive is crap. I don’t know what else to try, so I’ve resorted to looking for websites with information on health and acne.

I recently bought Stridex pads for my acne problem and while they were helping to clear it up, they made my skin extremely dry and chapped, almost to the point where it actually hurts. I already have dry, super sensitive skin to begin with and having acne embarrasses me so much.

What products should I buy? I can’t afford ProActive or any of those things from infomercials. Anything cheap and easy to find in stores like Dollar General, CVS, etc… and that actually works?

I don’t have a ton, but I do have a few spots. The thing is I think I may be allergic to most acne products. Proactive, neutrogina, they all turn my face really red and itchy. Is there a different way to get rid of these spots, because they are not going away.
