read me please!!! first of all, i am NOT a doctor. of a gynocologist. or a professional. so…just take what i say with a grain of salt. side effects for birth control are different with everyone!! with me there are none, for some there might be loads of side effects. hello everyone! this video is about how im starting to take control of my acne. since i have emotional and hormonal acne, the right course of action for me to take was birth control, specifically an oral contraceptive. i do NOT take the pill for its primary reason (to prevent pregnancy), but to regulate my hormones. this is after only a month of taking the pill and i am pleased with the results so far. i am taking the pill along with a better diet, more exercise, drinking more water, and sleeping more. all of these things are vital to a healthy and clear complexion! questions? message me or comment below! xx rachel
