www.youtube.com Rather than treating just the spots you see – try treating the entire areas that breakout. This can really help in solving blemish prone skin. Disinfecting the skin and the breakouts that you dont see yet rather than just treating what is happening on the surface. Always start out with the lowest strength 2.5% and then work up to 5-10% benzoyl peroxide if you have to. 2.5% can work extremely well and is less irritating and drying than the higher strengths. There are many different types of acne. There are black heads, white heads and cystic acne. A white head is under the skin. There is a smooth layer of skin on top. It is closed to the skins surface.
